I recently built a pc and I'm not sure if it's bottlenecking or what but here is what I'm running Intel® Core™ i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHZ GeForce 3070 Ti 16.0 GB Ram ASRock B365M Pro-F I think it's the motherboard that's the issues it's super cheap like $80 or something I'm trying to figure out what I should replace it with or what might be wrong. For any benchmarks check my other posts on my account they've got all the benches for this pc. It's gotten worse as of late crashing constantly and I've kinda gotten sick of it.

Please share your benchmarks or highlight the specific areas where you're facing challenges. I'll focus on the parts that show the bottlenecks you mentioned. Let's get straight to the issue—whether it's a game problem or something else.

Whenever I attempt to start any GPU or CPU-heavy program, the computer either freezes immediately or experiences rapid frame drops ranging from 214 to 72 every few milliseconds.

This doesn’t seem to be a bottleneck problem; you shouldn’t need to run games as the administrator.

I understand I've already explored various solutions—from updating Windows to replacing the power supply and reassembling the system. My main worries are about the motherboard limiting my RAM and its age, though I’m not an expert.

None of your equipment affects games that need an admin to operate correctly. After reinstalling Windows, did you attempt to use only the drivers and one specific program? I’m clear—just those two things.

It wouldn’t be possible without knowing the steps, and I’ll try to reinstall it. I’ll also start a game to demonstrate—I can’t capture the screen, so it won’t function then.

Yes, that's correct. I restored the Windows installation.

After that, we added several more components to enhance functionality.
