I've just completed assembling my new PC. I'm attempting to activate XMP for my RAM to reach its rated speed, but it's not working. The parts list is available here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vRzZH2. It's currently operating at 2400MHz, and I followed MSI's instructions, though the motherboard model in the guide differs from mine. Despite following the steps closely, I encountered issues. After entering BIOS and selecting XMP Profile 1, saving, and exiting, the CPU error LED lit up, and the DRAM error LED flashed a few times. The error message appeared after a short while. Pressing F1 took me to the BIOS, where the displayed speed was now 2666MHz. Exiting BIOS just re-displayed the error. Turning off the XMP profile allowed me to boot into Windows. What should I do next?

I repeated all the procedures, changed the CPU model to Gear 2, and managed to start Windows. RAM is now running at 3200MHz. I'm still figuring out the distinctions, but I think I'll stick with this setup for now.
