I attempted to set up my system with the 200GE processor. The same problems appeared after installation. The CPU indicator on the debug LED is flashing white, and the fan spins slowly. I've swapped RAM sticks one at a time without success. CMOS cleared didn't help. No warming up observed. Tried another PSU but the issue remains. Only using one stick of RAM or just the CPU doesn't resolve it. Any suggestions?
