I recently purchased a defective MacBook Pro, and the screen won’t power on with no sound. When I try to turn it on, it shuts off after about 20 seconds. While disassembling, I found an inductor near the display connector missing from the schematic I searched for. It seems this component might be the main issue causing all the problems.
