Whenever I attempt to stream on Discord, my HyperX Quadcast S becomes unstable, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I've adjusted all the Discord settings and changed the USB port, but the issue persists. No one else seems to have a solution.

I don't believe the problem lies with Discord. It might be helpful to verify your BIOS version on your motherboard at this moment. Regarding the motherboard and operating system, what version are you using (assuming Windows 10)? You could check if reinstalling the chipset drivers resolves the issue. If not, remove the device from Device Manager, delete its drivers, disconnect from the system, restart, then after opening the OS interface reconnect the mic to the USB port. Also, have you tried using the NGENUITY app from HyperX?

My bios version is "American Megatrends International, LLC. A.50, 1/15/2021" Not too sure what that means. Is there another thing that I should be checking? I am on Windows 10. I tried disabling and enabling the mic through device managers a few times. The NGENUITY app does not really help with what is occurring.
