Issue with memory storage on the PRO WS TRX50-SAGE when connected to Wi-Fi
I just received the A100 Power Spec desktop from Microcenter today. The setup completed and the system started, but I noticed 96GB of RAM instead of the 128GB I expected. All slots are filled, yet CPU-Z only shows 1, 2, and 4 channels when checking memory. I saw three 32-bit channels listed instead of four. I tried clearing CMOS to reset memory settings—took a short time and still got 96GB. The second option, Expo Profile, failed to boot, and disabling Expo worked, but it remained at 96GB. This device is quite heavy, so I’d rather not send it back unless I can fix it myself.
