You're seeing an incorrect value because the RAM stick is showing 2133 instead of the original 3200. This usually happens due to a faulty BIOS setting, a bad module, or a hardware issue. Check your motherboard manual or contact support for further help.

In the second image, the label right above the highlighted text reads "Load XMP setting." Remove that from auto. I don’t guarantee your board supports XMP. Good luck.
