Issue with M.2 motherboard case cover
You're facing some tricky issues with your AsRock B550 Pro4. It seems the right screw on the SSD cover shield isn't coming out easily, possibly due to scratches or debris. The stand-off might be stuck because of the copper residue or lack of proper tools. Since you haven’t received a response from ASRock support yet, consider checking forums or community threads for similar problems. If you need help finding replacement parts or tools, let me know!
Using a tiny screwdriver and moving slowly usually solves the issue. The screwdriver you picked might be too big for the screws. Try a very small flathead one—this way you won’t mix up sizes.
