You're experiencing low GPU utilization while your CPU stays high due to heavy workload on the processor. This often happens when the game or application is demanding more from your CPU than it's effectively using the GPU. Check if the game is optimized for your hardware or if there are background processes consuming resources. Adjusting settings or closing unnecessary programs might help balance the load.

The game is built in a really rough way, that's the only thing. You'll have to accept it no matter what.

You have many options to adjust. The two Nvidia-specific features in the game are worth checking—consider turning off Depth Of Field, as it can significantly affect your frame rate and seems unnecessary. You can also reduce the draw distance. Additionally, the Dying Light Manager lets you precisely control video settings.

I saw it and boosted my FPS to 100, but the CPU remains high. It seems the game is causing the issue. Thanks for the update!
