Hi everyone. My friend recently needed to reinstall Windows 11 on a different drive because her boot drive stopped working. After installing, she noticed a big slowdown when playing games. Before this issue, everything worked smoothly. We’ve confirmed all drivers are up to date and checked power settings; the CPU stays near 80-90% during games while the GPU usage is low. Any suggestions on how to resolve this or what might be causing it? Thank you.

Was sie nur mit der Festplatte, auf der sie installiert wurde, neu installiert? Wenn nicht, ziehe keine anderen Laufwerke und lasse nur das eine im System für die Windows-Installation sein.

She had the alternative drive functioning in the system, but once removed and attempting another installation, the problem remained unresolved. Not sure about other possible causes.
