I recently upgraded my PC and the specifications changed significantly. The previous setup was:

AMD FX 6300
2x2GB Vengeance LP 1600Mhz + 2X4GB XMS3 1333MHz
Asrock 970M Pro 3
To:
Intel Core I5 10400F
2x8GB G.Skill Aegis 2666MHz
Gigabyte B460M Aorus Pro

I removed the old parts and installed new ones. I didn’t reinstall Windows, but used Device Remover to uninstall the old hardware and installed all necessary drivers. The system is now working perfectly, and I’ve played demanding games like GTA 5, Crysis (original), and Far Cry 3. I also tested the I5 in BOINC. Everything seems fine except for CS:GO, where I experience very low FPS without any clear reason. Visual settings remain unchanged, and I consistently get 20-30 FPS in both online and offline matches. FPS improves in tunnels or short-distance areas but becomes extremely low in open spaces. I reinstalled the graphics drivers (RX 580 8GB) thinking it might be a conflict. After rechecking the CS:GO files, I found two corrupted files and reinstalled the game. I also disabled Hyper Threading in UEFI, reinstalled the WiFi card, and verified component temperatures during stress tests. Despite these adjustments, I still face extremely low FPS in CS:GO compared to the FX 6300. It’s frustrating to see such a significant drop in performance. What could be causing this issue?

There's no need for that as everything is working fine, other than CS:GO.

It looks like the game's MSAA setting was changed to 8X in-game, but in the AMD control panel it was set to supersampling. After switching both to 2x, CS:GO works without issues.

No matter what comes next, there is always a requirement there.
