I recently adjusted my system configuration.
During League of Legends sessions, my CPU usage hovers between 25-50%, which was around 15-25% previously before the BIOS and Windows update. The low FPS remains consistent (80), and it further decreases to 60-65 during teamfight and TFT, regardless of setting adjustments.

Other titles such as Apex also show consistently low performance but struggle to sustain 144fps.
My hardware includes:
- Ryzen 5 3600 (1.5 years old)
- Zotac RTX 3060Ti (6 months old)
- HyperX Beast 16GB RAM @ 3000Mhz (boosted to 3200), running on Channels 1 & 2, but switching unexpectedly between channels
- 750W PSU (2 months old)
- ASROCK B450 SteelLegend (1.5 years old)

All games operate at a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 with a cap at 144fps.
My Userbenchmark is available here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/55851882
BIOS and graphics drivers are all current.

I'm not sure if the issue lies with the SSD or HDD since my old system (1060 6GB, Ryzen 5 1600, 550W, 2x8GB 2400Mhz) can handle League of Legends up to 200++ fps. Thanks for the suggestion!
