Hi everyone,
I haven't experienced any problems with my Logitech G Pro Superlight X Gaming Mouse over the past three years until the recent G HUB update. Since it's no longer covered by warranty, I'm reaching out for help from the community.
The problem is this: When I press both left and right buttons at the same time—even for just a brief moment—I keep them pressed down until I release them. Both buttons remain registered as held, which isn't normal behavior. They function correctly when pressed individually.

I've tried several solutions without success:
- Reinstalling G HUB
- Rolling back to an older version (failed due to automatic updates)
- Toggling the onboard memory
- Testing on different computers that didn't have G HUB installed
- Uninstalling and reinstalling with the charging cable
- Resetting all profiles in G HUB
- Changing button layouts (scroll wheel up to Button 1 still scrolls up)
- Cleaning the mouse with compressed air
None of these resolved the issue. Since both buttons operate normally when used separately, it seems there might be a hardware or memory-related problem.

I'm not clear on what you're asking. When I press both buttons together and release one, only the input from the button I still hold should be recorded. This is similar to using the older Logitech mouse on the video.
In-game examples:
In WOW you can move by pressing both buttons at once. You keep B1 and B2 pressed and your character starts moving. When you release either, it stops. In my experience, it continues unless both are released.
In shooter games, if ADS is on hold and you want to fire one bullet, click the left button once. The gun will fire as long as your right click remains active.
This isn't about the game or app—it happens on the desktop too.
Numerous games and applications enable users to define actions through key and button inputs. My belief is that these combinations have likely been modified, either directly or indirectly. It’s quite convenient sometimes to trigger certain sequences by pressing keys or using third-party tools—adjusting settings and defaults accordingly. Nevertheless, if the behavior varies between systems, the problem might actually lie with Windows itself. Consider reviewing both platforms: examine the System settings under Accessibility (keyboard, mouse, etc.) to ensure everything is set correctly. Also inspect Task Manager and Task Scheduler for any unfamiliar or unexpected applications that may be running. If no issues are found there, there are still other aspects worth investigating.
I've attempted to close all tasks in Task Manager that aren't essential, but without any results. Also, if it was an application or Windows-related setting, other mice would act similarly. I believe the problem might be with the mouse's on-board memory affected by the G HUB update, or there could be a strange hardware issue I don't understand.
