Hey, your G502 works perfectly on your home PC, but when you try to use the logitech software on your school Mac, it blocks access to "control my computer." You've already spoken with the school tech support before, and they seem indifferent since it's not illegal. The permission slips are hidden and won't let you click the box. You're looking to modify the macros so they stop altering the DPI. The issue seems to be affecting your Mac. Thanks for reaching out.

I managed to get it to function, just needed to press the button quickly and select the program. Thanks!
