When I attempted to play FIFA 19, the initial frame rate was stable, but after six minutes it fell to 5–10 frames per second and never returned to the original level. To restore normal FPS, I need to press the "fn+q" keys, though after six minutes the rate drops again. This issue seems related to Lenovo's smart thermal management or possible throttling. The video shows the FPS dropping right after six minutes, staying stuck without returning to normal. Is there a way to fix this?

You might try using CapFrameX with specific settings to visualize this, or use HWiNFO, though you'll need to switch it periodically to monitor the process. In the meantime, there could be a method within Lenovo's software to adjust the cooling system's behavior.

This isn't HWiNFO, seems similar to HWMonitor (or another model). You can find HWiNFO at the provided link.
From what I see, it appears to be reaching its thermal limit and possibly slowing down. Without more data over time, it's difficult to confirm.
It might be typical behavior as it transitions into high power mode, and 6 minutes seems to be the point where it reduces performance.
