Hello,
My friend and I constructed the identical machine with matching specifications, each having one unit. During gameplay of titles such as Call of Duty and Sea of Thieves, it becomes sluggish and fails to run properly. My friend’s system operates smoothly without issues. The only variation is my hard drive is nearly full (90%), whereas his isn’t. What additional steps can I take to resolve this?
Specs: AMG Ryzen 7 7700 8 Core Processor 3.8GHz, 32GB RAM, 2TB NVME Hard drive, RTX 4060 GPU. Internet connection via Verizon is strong (700mpbs+), and I’m hardwired in.

most recent motherboard BIOS?
ram operating on XMP profile?
cpu/gpu temperatures and usage while playing?
was a fresh OS installation performed for the build?

I'm not sure about the newest models. The motherboard is MAG B650.
Expo profile: GPU at 58 degrees, couldn't locate CPU temperature.
Just got a fresh installation when it was made in early 2024.

No illumination on the mainboard. All functions operate normally. Performance slows down during intense gaming sessions.

Is there a malware scan of the system? Are the CPU and GPU temperatures and usage recorded while playing the game?

I've experienced the same problem. When I encounter stutters, both my GPU and CPU usage decrease significantly. Any suggestions?
