Hi, I have an MSI Z390M Mortar with CNVi module. I recently purchased an Intel kit 2030 with dual band (the 9560NGW), and the Wi-Fi is functioning properly. However, I'm experiencing issues with Bluetooth—when connecting a device, it suddenly changes the audio output. After installing the official Intel drivers from their website, the problem persists. This is the kit I bought on AliExpress: [link]. I've created two GIFs demonstrating the issue. I'm not sure what to do and would really appreciate any help you can provide. Greetings!

Ensure all wifi and bluetooth connections are firmly attached. It might disconnect and reconnect.

It seems more than one BT device was connected at once, such as a game pad and a BT headset. Typically, BT doesn't support multiple devices together. You might want to review the adapter's power-saving settings, as these can cause problems. Disconnecting and reconnecting BT devices may take a few seconds and could switch audio sources during that time.

Precisely, various sound systems and numerous Bluetooth gadgets work fine. This issue usually arises only when they keep disconnecting and reconnecting unexpectedly.
