Issue with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility failing to launch upon boot.

Motherboard model: GA-Z87X-UD3H
System: Windows 8.1 64bit, CPU 4670k
Upon launching Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, it freezes on the splash screen and does nothing.

Same device, working well. Did you attempt a reinstall? Which BIOS version are you using?

Observed your setup with Intel Extreme Tuning on a Gigabyte platform. Keep in mind this tool is designed specifically for Intel processors and boards. Did you verify its functionality on your motherboard?

They claim the issue is a gigabyte problem, not mine... Could be a BIOS error. I still have F7 on my system.
