You have a PS4 that runs other discs well, but this game doesn’t sync properly. Installation hits 64.222 and freezes with a message about waiting. You’ve tried deleting, reinstalling, and using online methods. A factory reset might help resolve the issue.

The HDD and the disc are likely the main culprits. A factory reset could let you set up RDR2, but it might cause problems when trying to install other games afterward.
