According to the title, there is an unusual loop (link to video). I don't understand what's happening, it also affected my icon placement and made the start menu disappear.

I haven't experienced a more cluttered desktop in a long time. Also, it looks like you're using certain applications to create shortcuts in the lower row, likely replacing the taskbar.

This method doesn’t remove files; it simply halts non-Microsoft applications during startup. It’s straightforward.
