Recently, my computer has experienced significant frame rate drops during games, especially when playing. It begins with the PC running at just 0.2 FPS, then the mouse freezes as well. This issue typically lasts between 30 seconds to an hour. Pressing Win + Ctrl + Shift + B provides some relief, though it creates an unusual behavior where the command executes all at once after the lag ends. This pattern suggests a potential graphics card problem. How can I resolve this?
