Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the HyperX Cloud 3 Wireless headphones, replacing my old HyperX Stinger Core. While the Stinger Core provided clear and well-balanced sound, the new HyperX Cloud 3 seems to have some issues with the sound, especially in games like CS2.
Specifically, the gunshot sounds seem very echoey, almost as if I'm shooting in an empty room, and there's an overwhelming bass presence. This wasn't the case with my previous headphones, and I'm concerned that this might be a configuration or compatibility issue with the 7.1 surround sound feature.
Has anyone experienced similar issues with this model? If so, how did you manage to resolve it? Any suggestions on how to adjust the sound settings or fix the echo/bass problem would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to return the headset as I love HyperX products, but I'm hoping to improve the audio quality.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hopefully, someone will be able to share specific ideas and suggestions to enhance or fix the audio quality. In the meantime, it is recommended that you also reach out to HyperX as well. Begin by reviewing their FAQs and/or Customer Support if available. Pay attention to what is mentioned and what remains unsaid. Clearly communicate your issues and concerns. Bring along your receipt and any other relevant product documentation. Present the facts. The way HyperX responds can help determine whether you should return the headphones. Unfortunately, many users find that companies and/or products they enjoy often decline for various reasons. In general, the only option left is to eventually spend your money elsewhere. Sadly, there are few assurances even with that...
