Hp maintains a list of approved items. Unless the item is present or operates at faster speeds, you'll generally remain in the 2133 exceptions otherwise.

I don't have a direct way to check your whitelist, but you can review it by looking at the approved list in your system settings or contacting your administrator for confirmation.

You might need to choose a different RAM if your BIOS doesn’t allow XMP support. Your chip only handles up to 3200MT/s DDR4. (4800 MT/s DDR5 would require a completely new board.) If you locate a used OEM 3200 at a reasonable cost, it’s worth considering. You won’t gain much from RAM faster than that, particularly on an OEM board without overclocking options.

Other than ram made for these no clue. Id say have a google around and see if anyone luckes into something. Either way not a huge performance loss.
