Hello everyone,
I'm concerned about my laptop. As previously noted, it's the HP Envy x360 13-ay00001nd. Since the machine is extremely quiet (no fan noise), I feared the fans were damaged, so I returned them to HP, which replaced both. Now I'm facing the same issue—when not in table mode (keyboard flipped to the back of the screen), the fans don't work. I ran a CPU stress test and the laptop reached 90 °C, at which point I stopped the test, but the fans still didn't start. However, when I folded the laptop to use table mode, the fans began functioning. The BIOS also helped. Anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong?
Thanks!
Adrian

Furthermore, the laptop's temperature reaches 40 °C during use, which feels unusual when the fan isn't operating.
