I've experienced issues with this laptop from the moment I purchased it. At first, I assumed the problem was related to the GPU, but now I'm uncertain. I've observed unusual CPU behavior after replacing the T8100 with a working T7500. During a simple CPUZ test, the CPU performed oddly, displayed in videos, and I'm unsure what to do next. It seems the issue might have started with the previous CPU as well. I still faced random crashes and poor performance in age-appropriate DX9 games. RTSS indicated GPU usage dropping to 5%, while CPU stayed high and sometimes lost speed. Initially, I thought it was a GPU problem because the laptop would crash randomly when the GPU was on; turning it off via Device Manager stopped the crashes (though this happened recently). The GeForce 8 series also suffers from Bumpgate. I'm confused about what to try next, with many strange occurrences. Steam installation failed at 83% due to a disc write error, but the disc information and markings appear normal. Test 1 Test 2 Test 3 Test 4
