After numerous adjustments in GTA V to achieve optimal performance and appearance, I encountered some issues. The results appear even when changing the graphics to its lowest or highest settings. It remains puzzling since, even reverting to the default—where I originally set those parameters—I still see that same effect. Could anyone explain how to eliminate this strange pixelation or reset my graphics settings back to factory defaults? Your guidance would be extremely valuable.

You'll need some assistance, as the images appear standard to you.

It appears the anti-aliasing isn't functioning properly.

Only FXAA is enabled while MSAA remains disabled. Additionally, the frame scaling is configured to 1/2, which reduces the scene resolution to half of 1080P and then upscales it for his monitor. This effect makes the edges appear sharper due to the lack of anti-aliasing. Adjust frame scaling to 1 or higher for better results.

Thanks for the quick reply. It seems I just needed to remove the driver and launch GTA V in safe mode. Appreciate the assistance!

Frame scaling mode could be the problem, resetting itself after launching GTA V in safe mode.
