Issue with GPU performance following a system reboot.
Since my PC restarted, I've experienced several visual problems: animations sometimes fail to load, Chrome tabs freeze intermittently, and videos don't play correctly across different platforms—including YouTube, other websites, Windows Media Player, etc. These issues only appear after the system powers off and restarts fully. Putting it to sleep or waking it up doesn’t trigger any visible problems. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 1600, an MSI RX570 8GB card, 16GB RAM, current drivers, Windows version, proper cooling, and a reliable power supply. Usually, restarting resolves the issue, but this time it persists. I suspect a GPU-related fault, since I've already checked the GPU drivers thoroughly.
