Issue with GPU model 5500xt

He has an AMD Rx5500XT with 8GB RAM. It worked normally until recently when it froze during startup, showing a spinning circle and failing to boot. He tried safe mode, cleared drivers, and the issue returned. Once, after updating Adrenalin, he saw a black screen and couldn't use the PC. His system specs are listed as CPU I5 10400F, motherboard MSI B460M Pro WiFi, 16GB RAM, and GPU Rx 5500XT (8GB).

Disable all device managers, halt the Windows Update service via Services.msc, then complete the full installation of AMD drivers. After finishing, restart your system and check for stability. Recent issues have shown Windows Update affecting AMD drivers.

We completed everything and the error vanished, but after turning the machine off and on again or restarting it, it froze during startup and the issue returned.
