I'm experiencing a bizarre issue while watching videos on YouTube or other media. Once the video starts, everything goes black and flickers briefly before becoming distorted. Pressing Ctrl + Win + Shift + B resets the video drivers and removes the distortion, but the audio disappears and I need to restart my PC. This only occurs during video playback, not when gaming or using the desktop. My system specs are: Ryzen 7 5700X, dual RTX 3070 (not v2 OC), Asus TUF x570 gaming Wi-Fi 32 GB, 3200 MHz, Corsair Vengeance LPX. I have performed many DDOUs and driver reinstalls, even replacing the card after receiving an RMA. I've changed all my components except the case and drives. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
