Hi all,
I recently bought a GMKtec K8 Plus with a bare-bones setup. After installing the RAM, M2 drive, and booting into BIOS, the initial logo would flicker between colors. BIOS itself was unstable, changing colors too. I assumed it was an HDMI cable problem or worse, a hardware fault.

I then installed Windows 11 and the AMD drivers. Now everything is working smoothly. However, the original logo still appears during boot and in BIOS. It seems like the issue is related to the drivers. I’m not sure what files to look for since I did a clean install instead of using GMKtec’s download.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to avoid a full BIOS flash because some users report their devices becoming unusable. Thanks in advance!

only minor unusual color shifts are observed, without any issues with starting up or using the BIOS?
it seems like a possible hidden issue that might only be resolved via upcoming BIOS releases.

Hi, thank you for your message. There are no real issues, only a screen flickering problem. Sometimes it's tough to see details, but I can navigate around it.
