My LG Ultragear 24GN65R has freeSync turned on and G-SYNC activated via NVCP. I’m seeing a bright outline while moving quickly in games, even though I’ve capped the frame rate at 140fps.

The same content appears on your 360Hz display; adjust the response time if possible when it's configured as the fastest setting.
