I bought the new monitor recently, model LS32DG500ENXZA. The picture looks good, but when checking my NVIDIA settings I see it’s turned on at the top. It doesn’t let me activate the G-Sync toggle for the VRR display. Looking at the control center shows the right settings in the guides I followed, yet when I enable or toggle it, it flickers and turns off after five seconds. I’ve tried several steps: Adaptive Sync is on, updated drivers, installed software, changed display cables, lowered refresh rates, restarted the PC, and even ran the Pendulum test from NVIDIA. Despite that, the app and control panel still say G-SYNC isn’t supported. In Windows 11 settings it claims VRR isn’t supported, but my settings say otherwise. I appreciate the help and hope you have a great day!

When you press that button, it works. You might need to access the monitor’s OSD to turn on variable refresh rate and/or activate G-sync support.

Thank you for your patience. After a delay of five seconds, the display will briefly change and shut down automatically. Alternatively, using the toggle in the settings can resolve this issue. I've tried enabling and disabling Adaptive Sync, but turning it off removes all G-SYNC features.

Navigate to the System menu in the OSD, then locate the VRR Control setting and ensure it is activated.

Found reference in a user manual indicating the option applies to certain models. The last choice on your list is "Setup Custom Key."

Also consider checking for an issue with the Nvidia application. I haven’t tried it yet; I’m still using the Control Panel.

After checking the process of removing the Graphics Driver, VRR appears to work in display settings. However, the control panel or NVIDIA app still causes G-SYNC to turn off automatically. I also can't find a way to enable it for windowed and full screen mode—it just switches back to full screen only. When I toggle G-SYNC, VRR reverts to not being supported.

Successfully resolved the issue. Installed Windows from the ground up and reinstalled all drivers. It’s working now—hope it assists others later!
