I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 (model SM-T585). After performing a factory reset, setting it up again required signing in with a Google account. When entering my email, the system displayed: "I tried another account, but the message still appears." I flashed the firmware using Odin and SamFW to reset the tablet, but the same issue persisted during setup. It seems the device is locked in Factory Reset Protection (FRP), and I haven’t recalled the original Google account, having tried multiple ones. I attempted to create a new Google account directly from the tablet, but it failed. There were no parental controls enabled on the device. How can I resolve this without visiting a repair shop? Thank you in advance.
