Hello. I'm just starting out with PC gaming and not very experienced. About a month ago I switched from console to PC, mostly playing Warzone. Initially everything worked well, usually I got around 120-130 FPS, with a drop to about 115 when playing at 1440p and even more at 1080p. Recently my frames have been dropping to 85, averaging 95-100 at the same settings. I've checked online and adjusted my graphics settings to try to improve performance, but it hasn't helped. Also, I'm using a 2080 Super with an i9-7700K. Any advice? Thanks.

There’s no change yet? I’m facing the same issue you mentioned. Some say Firefox opens disrupt VRAM, so try closing it if it’s running. I usually keep Warzone open and have been seeing major drops. My frame rates are ideal before, but now I’m only managing 100fps sometimes. I own a 2080 Super with 32GB RAM, an i7-10700K, and a 1440p 165Hz monitor. When FPS drops, I can sometimes recover for a few games by restarting or rebooting, but it always returns. This is really annoying. My two brothers have the same setup and still get smooth 160fps. I don’t know what’s causing it. I’ve tried several fixes: reinstalling, using the last working driver, setting Warzone as priority in Task Manager, lowering graphics settings, disabling G-Sync, adjusting RAM speed in BIOS, scanning/repairing Warzone, and more. I’m sure there’s something else I haven’t tried. If anyone has any ideas, please share. It’s frustrating with such a high-end system.
