Issue with FPS in FPS5 game
Recently on fh5 I’ve encountered this FPS issue. I’m forced to enable AMD chill mode to get it running smoothly on my PC. Even with a 240Hz monitor and VSync enabled, it still jumps to 500 FPS. My system specs are 7800x3D with a 6950MHz processor. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. My drivers are current. I joined the PC race only about a month ago.
Did you update the newest AMD drivers? FH5 experienced slow performance, but the developers claim they resolved the issue, though it wasn’t expected to be that bad.
Everything before the date seems normal, but suddenly it changed. Now it's acting differently even though I've been using AMD Chill mode to keep frames locked, and FPS drops significantly.
