GT 620 matches the specifications of an 8800 class card closely, though with reduced bandwidth. The minimum needs are met. i3-2120 offers dual-core performance with hyperthreading, which differs from a quad-core processor.

Absolutely, it needs to exceed 60 frames per second even in the lowest settings.

Minimum standards mean the game is functional. A rate between 20 and 45 frames per second is definitely acceptable.

yes but when i applied a fix on fc3 blood dragon it was going above 60 tho on normal fc3, others with higher specs have also reported the same issue.
