There seems to be an issue with your monitor connecting to Wi-Fi. You connected an Ethernet cable to your PC and plugged it into the router's LAN port, then started up your computer. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi icon appeared as "x" and there was no internet connection. It looks like you might have misconnected the motherboard or IO shield, though everything else appears to be functioning properly. You're considering avoiding WiFi PCI cards or USB adapters. Here are some details: i7-8700, GTX 1060 6GB, 2 TB HDD, 250 GB SSD, ThermalLake 750W RGB, Corsair Spec Omega (White), and HP Omen 25" monitor at 144Hz. You've already tried restarting the router, monitor, and PC without success.

Check if drivers came from the motherboard site. Did it function before? If yes, what altered it? Which operating system? Was it a fresh setup or an existing one?

You just finished assembling your PC and haven’t yet connected the drivers. Windows 10 is now booting from an USB drive. It had stopped working before.

Download the necessary drivers from the manufacturer's official site.

You’ll need to prepare everything offline. Download the necessary files onto a different computer first, then move the files using a USB drive.

In the video it mentions just four drivers to install. Should I save only those four or go through the full list at the provided link?

I would tackle the first four items. Skip the "Other Drivers" and "On-Board PIDE" sections.
