So recently I discovered three EnGenius EAP1300 indoor APs from ewaste. They were likely in bad conditions, so they might not be fully functional. I connected them using the correct adapters and an Ethernet cable, followed the setup instructions by plugging into a PC Ethernet port and assigning the IP address 192.168.1.1. Despite this, I couldn't get access to their web interface. I've repeatedly reset everything and checked for DHCP assignment, but it still doesn’t appear. The power indicator is working, LAN connection light is on, and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios are active. Everything seems operational except the web panel. I ran an advanced IP scanner too, which didn’t show any conflicting IPs.

Updated my search with the Cisco switch I found, which confirmed the IP was 192.168.200.4. I reset the device again but the lights kept flickering and I couldn’t log in to the panel—admin access didn’t work.
