I rebuilt my PC yesterday; the main change was a new cooler. It powers on now and everything appears fine, but I still don’t get any signal on the monitor and USB ports aren’t working. Also, it seems to reset itself about every five starts.

I’ve attempted to remove and reinstall the CMOS, re-seat the RAM, unplugged the GPU, and even swapped HDMI into the motherboard. Here are the details:

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-10400
Cooler: Phantom Spirit 120SE RGB
Motherboard: ASRock B460M Pro4
RAM: 1 stick of GSkill Ripjaws 16gb DDR4
Storage: WD 1TB SSD (primary), older HDD in lower case for backup
GPU: Gigabyte 3070 8gb
Power Supply: Corsair CX600M
Case: Montech case from Amazon (not found before)
Operating System: Windows 11
Display: LG Curved 34” Ultrawide WQHD 3440x1440 (Walmart app)

Verify CPU socket on the motherboard for bent pins
Reset BIOS using a jumper
Inspect all connections once more
Attempt a minimum configuration
Motherboard, CPU with cooler, PSU, one RAM in DIMM slot A2, keyboard, video cable in motherboard and monitor
