Experiencing problems with my monitors, which flash, flicker, and cause lag or freezing as if they were disconnected. After installing a new video card, I still face these issues. Checked the event viewer and discovered errors indicating a failure in Device Setup Manager Metadata Staging. I’m uncertain about the meaning of this error and would appreciate any guidance on resolving it. The two errors I’ve encountered so far are:

Error 1:
Error 2:

Consider executing "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to locate and resolve any damaged or faulty files.

As an update, the system scan shows no integrity violations from Windows Resource Protection. Health check and restore health reports no component store corruption. I already installed the monitor drivers, but reinstalled them using the available option: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/...or/drivers. For event 131 errors, I disabled them temporarily by choosing no in Device Installation Settings, though it didn’t resolve the problem. I’ve tested my cables and monitors, and suspect the issue lies with my Hisense TV HDMI connection, where I often duplicate the main monitor. Since the problem is intermittent and may appear after hours, confirmation is still pending.
