Hello, your system appears to have some RAM issues. The setup seems correct, but when you use all four 16GB sticks with XMP enabled, it fails to boot. Switching back to two 16GB sticks without XMP works, but it takes a few minutes. Enabling XMP causes the PC to crash. You might want to try removing the extra sticks and using only two, or check if the RAM is properly seated and compatible with your motherboard.

AM5 often faces problems with four DDR5 modules. Achieving four DDR5 sticks running smoothly at 6000MHz XMP on AM5 is nearly unfeasible. The recommended setup is two 32GB sticks instead.

4 pieces are harder to move quickly than 2. If possible, bring the RAM and request 2x32GB, which matches what I use on my Ryzen setup.

They don’t support XMP by default. You can try manual overclocking to see if it improves performance.

I'm new to manually adjusting DDR5 RAM yet, as my first system arrived just a week ago. I'll let others handle that advice. The alternative is opting for a 2x32GB configuration. Could you share the most recent purchase details? Consider selling the older modules separately.
