The leftover thermal paste is always ideal (I even covered the CPU), and I've replaced the cooler numerous times during testing without success. I believe using a contact frame with washers could help increase pressure.

It ended up being a poor cooling solution. Changed from a lian li to a fractal Celsius sensor and a 1700 mount bracket. Cinebench is now working at about 60°C with regular MB overclocking.
