Maybe try f ing around with the secondaries and tertiaries, stealing an overclock profile will help set your secondaries and tertiaries, cause if you bruteforce yet still cant reach a slow 3466 theres gotta be a problem with the secondaries or tertiaries Also could you take a pic the secondaries and tertiares? You can do it in bios but i think theres also a windows program to read the ram timings, forgot what it is though, may aswell take a pic of the primaries just to not overlook the obvious

Check the Reddit discussion about the op code where zentimings were opened. It lists all timing details such as primaries, secondaries, and tertiaries. You could also add a photo in your bios if you can't find a zentimings match on Intel. Maybe try adjusting the clock speed and voltage to 22 to see if it improves frequency.

Many of these settings don't seem logical. I'm not very skilled with RAM OC, but I can share that using Micron E-die you can adjust tRRD_S to 4 and tRRD_L to 6. The tFAW setting is problematic—it's too low, significantly affecting stability and performance. Adjusting the memory controller voltage might help if possible (System Agent Voltage on Intel, though I'm not sure about SOC voltage on Intel). Also, RTL and IO settings can be tricky to fine-tune.

Thanks to everyone, especially @WereCat, the solution came when I simply unplugged and reattached the RAM modules. It worked smoothly at 4266MHz without any adjustments. Appreciate your time!
