Only in warzone does it occur, it wasn't common before. In other games, the disk usage is near zero.

Did you discover the answer? I'm facing the same issue again. Previously, I played games on a hard disk, which worked well with smooth performance and no freezes. After switching to an SSD and copying the game, it now consistently hits 100% and freezes during that process.
