I recently purchased several new parts to upgrade my PC. It came with a fresh tower and a new motherboard that fits an ATX case, which is a big change from my old M-ATX setup. I still have the same graphics card, power supply, and M.2 drive. When I turn on the machine, I notice some unusual behavior: the CPU and RAM debug lights appear first, then they turn off one by one—starting with RAM and ending with the CPU. After that, the GPU debug lights come on, and when they shut down, the PC begins its startup sequence. I’ve probably reinserted each part multiple times, but the issue persists. The BIOS is current, and I’ve installed the latest drivers for all components. Although it takes longer to boot than before, everything works correctly once it starts. My component list includes: Beast Fury DDR5 16GB MSI B650-S Ryzen 5 7500F, Wraith stealth cooler, NZXT 750C power supply, RX 6500 XT 4GB graphics card, Samsung Evo 980 1TB M.2 NVMe.

I crafted the text carefully while omitting every part of the build, which is quite remarkable.

The system has a quick boot configuration in the BIOS. It should not be mixed up with Windows' fast startup feature.

Thank you BillBill I see that it is a startup procedure with several checks. I didn't know about that Before.
