I’ve observed a stutter problem appearing in the game despite maintaining a smooth 144 FPS and active GSNYC. All video parameters remain at their default settings. The stutter tends to happen when the game is busy. My system shows 77% RAM usage, CPU at 85% across all cores, VRAM usage at 3.7GB, and my FPS stays consistently above 144. Anyone facing this issue?

The mouse input seems faulty. I resolved it with a controller, but the solution was limited. I also faced similar problems with the dead island riptide, likely due to input issues.

Experiment with preload shader settings. Running in windowed mode is quicker on my system than fullscreen. I also had to lower the mouse polling rate to 250Hz instead of 1000Hz to minimize mouse issues.

The sound is obvious from the outside, but fades in side rooms

It seems unrelated, but as discussed, set the mouse position to "2".

used the controller again and adjusted polling rates to 250hz, mouse response improved but stutter remained.

Borderless fullscreen available? Yes—I load the shaders beforehand, but skip the alternative during cutscenes.

The code engine reaches a maximum polling frequency of 125Hz, that's the setting.
