I saved Skyrim and when you started playing, the camera acted oddly before becoming unstable. You shared a video showing this issue.

I had to crack a smile this morning—it seems the character was caught in some unexpected physics. Have you saved a new version yet?

Just started playing the game for the first time after reinstalling it, as it was previously installed.

I have all the specifications listed. Yes, my display supports a refresh rate above 60Hz.

Your monitor's 144Hz might be normal, but check for stability and color accuracy.

According to my research, Skyrim's rendering system was designed for around 60 frames per second. Try capping your FPS at 60 using the game's settings or your graphics card controls to potentially resolve the issue.
