Hi, I’ve restarted Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and 3. I’m experiencing lag, but my PC specs seem capable for the game. I’m playing Battlefield 4 on Ultra with high FPS settings—CPU i7-860, 3.5GHz GPU AMD R9 290, 8GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance RAM, and a 1TB HDD. Thanks for the storage info!

Are you referring to a drop in frame rate or an issue with your connection?

You might enjoy CoD because it offers a different kind of experience compared to your favorite game.

Are the BF4 files and your COD copies stored together on the same storage device?

No F4 driver is present on my SSD, which shouldn't cause issues. My GPU handles COD well, and a standard 7200 RPM hard drive works fine for game storage.

Your mechanical hard drive might be failing. Are there any additional games running to see if you experience stuttering?

I don't really have a personal view on old CoD titles, but I played BO2, BO1 and MW3 and I didn't like them at all haha
