LGA 2066 support block/latch or similar terms you might know. Current listings on eBay are around thirty dollars.

I haven't taken out the standard ones since some coolers have their own backplate. For the LGA2011 or 2066 models, you just unscrew the Torx fasteners as usual, place the backplate on the back, secure it with the front clamp, and then reattach the Torx screws.
