Hi everyone! I'm facing some issues getting my system up. I have an Asrock B550M Pro4 board with a Ryzen 3 3100 CPU. I'm using a G.Skill Aegis 16GB RAM kit, a Kingston A400 SSD, and my GTX 1660 Ti as the graphics card. For power, I'm connected to a Cooler Master V650 SFX Gold. When I try to boot, the monitor shows an Asrock screen with instructions like "Press F2 or DELETE to run UEFI setup" and "Press F11 for Boot Menu." No matter what I do—nothing, just press those keys—it always reboots and stays on that same screen for a second. I've tried several fixes: changing RAM slots, removing one stick, reseating the CPU twice, moving the GPU to another slot, checking cables, relocating the SSD, and even taking it out and back in. Still nothing works. Any other ideas? - Tyraiden

There seems to be an issue with the board. The CPU 3100 should work with all BIOS updates, but if not, consider flashing the BIOS or clearing the CMOS and restarting.

Thanks for your response! I've also considered the bios flashing, but since the CPU should be supported, I didn't proceed with that. I've repeatedly cleared the CMOS and even tried connecting a different PSU, but it didn't help. My next possible action is moving my 3700x from my personal rig to this motherboard to check if the CPU is faulty (it's the only one I purchased secondhand). If anyone has suggestions, I'd appreciate them. If not, I'll need to reach out to the store support for assistance.

I switched the CPU last night, and everything functioned properly with my 3700x. That means the CPU is out of the picture. Unfortunately, I had to get a new AMD Ryzen 4100 to keep things going.
